I’m an experienced Business Psychologist and Wellbeing Consultant, speaker and author with a unique mind/body approach to wellbeing and performance. This covers organisational and individual behavioural change, plus senior management leadership development and executive coaching.

My USP is in creating more value for clients by focusing wellbeing, management and leadership development on critical business goals.  And by ensuring alignment with their organisation’s strategic plan.

I deliver powerful wellbeing programmes that reduce stress and increase resilience, engagement and productivity at all levels. These programmes also underpin the change and leadership programmes that I’ve implemented on behalf of many private and public sector organisations. I’ve worked extensively in the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA and Australasia.

I have an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London, a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (Distinction) from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and am registered with The Nutritional Therapy Council.

Plus, I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the International Stress Management Association. I’m also a Principal Member of the Association for Business Psychology and a Member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy.

I’ve also held the post of Chair of the trustees of the International Stress Management Association (ISMAUK) and am the co-author of “The Manager’s Role in Stress Prevention” and the author of “How to Have an Outstanding Career.
